Fighting the Waves and Wind from the East
I keep telling myself that I won’t go out there again in an east wind but you know how that goes. It’s been east winds all week long. It was real rolly this morning. I had no problem with walleyes, boating 11 of 12. I couldn’t get a rainbow going this morning.
I fished 48-52 feet of water and just couldn’t make much headway going east today. Although the wind was not real strong, it just rolls all the way down the lake to the west end, resulting in healthy 4 foot swells.
Copper Killer Bee caught fish early with purple and RDP kicking in with a few fish. Big dipseys out 85 -110 feet.
