By far the best, sharpest, and most powerful electric fillet knife I have used. I won’t mention the other brands but one was 110 volt and weak while the other was cordless and a great knife when the battery would maintain a good charge. I returned the 110 volt one because of its weakness and overheating on small fish. I love this American Angler 110v Efk! I’ll give it a real test many times in the years to come. It was a toss-up between the 12 volt rechargeable and the 110v but I selected the 110v because I am able to use it instantly when I come in from fishing at a nearby fish cleaning station. I have big hands and this knife fits in them very well. Got a good price on it at AMAZON.COM. Shipping and delivery time was reasonable also.

I do a lot of fishing and clean what I catch. This knife allows me to get all the meat off the bone without messing up the fish. I have cleaned Bass, White Perch, Catfish and big Brims with it. I have used several different brands and this has been the best. I even have a backup in case the one I am using gives out. LOL
